After checking the availability of the products you ordered and for any variations in shipping costs, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If there are any differences, we will contact you by phone, or email, to rectify any situations that may arise.  Actual shipping costs may vary from the calculated rates on this site, as this shopping cart calculates total weight, but UPS ships by DIMENSIONAL weight.  This cart also assumes that all products are originating from the same warehouse, which may not necessarily be the case.  In the rare event that the UPS calculation is incorrect, WMS reserves the right to recalculate all orders where the incorrect shipping total has been calculated.

Return Policy: Please call (800) 451-6544 and get an RMA number, prior to returning any products. Please state invoice number, date of order and reason for return. All products must be returned in original cartons. Products damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt and will be replaced with a like product. Return of any incorrect product shipments will be given full credit, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Products that are ordered in error will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (minimum of $10). No re-stocking fee will be applied if you order an alternate, or replacement product, or if the balance is used as a credit.
