INFRARED MOSQUITO KILLING TRAP

New and improved, the IMKT uses the mosquito's natural hunting techniques of heat sensing and carbon dioxide detection. The unit mimics the body temperature and breathing patterns of humans, livestock, poultry and domesticated pets. The photocell powers up the IMKT, beginning the cycle of mimicking body heat and respiration. Every 6 to 9 minutes the IMKT temperature cycles, producing different temperatures to attract the mosquito. Through thermal imagery, and the release of CO2, the mosquito is attracted to the unit. Once on the unit, a fan forces the mosquito through the machine, where they are killed by a protected electrocution grid. The remains are then expelled through the bottom of the unit and returned to the environment.
