Vanish is a natural by-product of boar raccoon, which are predators to female raccoons during the birthing period (April - June).  When placed in a den area (attic, chimney) the female instinctively senses that a danger to her young is nearby.  Packed in 4oz. or 16oz. glass jars to stay fresh.  Best when used with a recoverable applicator, such as a tennis ball or rag.  4oz. is enough for approximately 6-10 jobs.
